Announced at COP27, CDP will incorporate the International Sustainability Standard Board’s (ISSB) IFRS S2 Climate-related Disclosures Standard [IFRS S2] into its disclosure platform. The ISSB is a global baseline for corporate sustainability disclosure developed by the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and announced in COP26. According to CDP, the adoption of this standard will harmonize the global disclosure by companies by creating a global baseline.
